Tomato, onion and chilli chutney

This quick and easy chutney goes well with pretty much everything. With such bright flavours and colours, it should never be left off your curry feast table.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped, to taste
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
salt

Method

  1. Mix the tomatoes, onion, chillies and coriander in a bowl and add salt to taste. Place in the fridge for the flavours to develop for about an hour. Serve as a topping on whatever dish you want.
