I’m not overly obsessive with juicing, to be honest, but there are some ingredients that really can deliver a powerful punch when combined into a juice. This is a perfect example. The flavours are quite strong, but it is very effective.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 celery sticks
25g mint leaves, plus a sprig, to serve
2-3 cm piece root ginger

Method

  1. Run all the ingredients through a juicer and serve over crushed ice.
  2. Serve with a mint sprig, if you like.

Note

  • Best for bloating.
