Some grains can be problematic when following a FODMAP diet, but oats are no problem. This lovely warming porridge is ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50g porridge oats
225ml oat milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons maple syrup

Method

  1. Place the oats and oat milk in a pan and simmer for five to six minutes, or until the oats soften.
  2. Add the cinnamon and serve, drizzled with the maple syrup. Add blueberries and strawberries in season, for a fruity treat.

Note

  • Best for IBS/FODMAP diet.
