Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5mm piece of peeled ginger, cut in half
1 small garlic clove
4 sprigs coriander, roughly chopped
8 limes, juiced
2 teaspoons Salsa roja
or 2 teaspoons chilli paste
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. Combine everything apart from the salsa roja in a bowl and stir to infuse. Strain into a second bowl and add the salt. Stir in the salsa roja and mix well.
