Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 dried habanero chillies, soaked in hot water to soften
1 teaspoon mexican oregano
1 quantity Aïoli

Method

  1. Blend the habaneros and oregano in a food processor or blender until you have a smooth paste. Add the aïoli and blend again until incorporated.
