Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
bunch mint, leaves picked
60ml sugar syrup
1.5kg watermelon, deseeded and cubed
8 limes, juiced

Method

  1. Place the mint and sugar syrup in a pan and cook on a medium heat until simmering. Strain through a sieve, cool, then pour into a blender jug and add the watermelon and lime juice. Blitz and serve over ice.
