Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 firm papaya
1 small ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
60g celery, thinly sliced
125ml salad dressing
or 125ml mayonnaise

Method

  1. Peel the papaya, cut in halves and scoop out the seeds. Cut the flesh into dice. Combine the papaya in a large serving bowl with the pineapple, spring onion, apple and celery. Add the salad dressing and toss to coat all of the ingredients. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste, then cover and chill before serving.
