Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
750g sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
60ml vinegar
80ml light soy sauce

Method

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine. Serve with hot or cold vegetables or as a sauce for meat. This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
