Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g dried chillies
25g maldive fish flakes
1 onion, chopped
salt
1 lime, juiced

Method

  1. Grind chillies, Maldive fish and onion into a coarse paste using a mortar and pestle or food processor. Add salt and lime juice to taste. Serve with hoppers, roti or curries. Store in an airtight container.
