Tomato and lime pickles

This is hard to stop eating. It has a great sweet and sour chilli kick – like a relish – is perfect with meat dishes, or as a spread for roast beef, and is lovely with fish – try it on grilled fish or in a tuna sandwich. You can buy the lime pickle base in supermarkets.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
350g lime pickle
2 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients together and mix.
  2. Serve. That’s it.
