We build this drink in beautiful little hand-cut Polish crystal glasses — they’re only about 140 ml.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30ml medos or krupnik honey vodka
1 teaspoon turkish apple tea
5-10ml pomegranate molasses
boiling water
fresh apple slices, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the honey vodka into a serving glass with the tea granules and pomegranate molasses. Top with boiling water and stir to dissolve the tea. Serve hot.
  2. We also have an iced version. For this, make it in a shaker, add an extra teaspoon of tea and when it has dissolved, fill the shaker with ice, shake it hard for 20 seconds and strain it into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with some fresh apple slices.
