Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
100ml olive oil
3 tablespoons tomato passata
1 tablespoon capers
6 raw prawns, peeled and deveined
6 scallops, cleaned
1 squid tubes, cut into thin rings
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1/4 cup pitted black olives
1 teaspoon dried italian mixed herbs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine the garlic and olive oil. Brush the pizza base with the garlic oil, and spread the tomato passata evenly over the top. Scatter with capers.
  2. Combine the seafood with the chopped fresh herbs and arrange on the pizza base. Sprinkle with the olives, dried herbs and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
