Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g buffalo mozzarella, sliced
2 large, ripe tomatoes, sliced
10 basil leaves
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Arrange the slices of mozzarella on a plate, alternating them with the slices of tomatoes and basil leaves. Pour over the olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
