I was first introduced to Elle Landgren by my wife, who has used her stretching guides for quite some time now. However hectic or busy my day is, I try to find time to stretch – following this up with a fruit smoothie feels like a natural progression. We’ve given a list of suggested toppings – simply adapt them according to what’s in season.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250ml almond milk or coconut water
150g frozen strawberries
150g frozen blueberries
2 heaped teaspoons acai powder
1 banana, peeled

Topping

Quantity Ingredient
fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi fruit, passion fruit
nuts and seeds
favourite granola

Method

  1. Blend the ingredients together in a blender or smoothie maker.
  2. Top with your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds or granola.
