100g hazelnuts
1 tablespoon apple juice
100g chopped dates
2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Roughly chop the hazelnuts, place on a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes until lightly toasted. Leave to cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine the apple juice and dates. Add the cooled, toasted hazelnuts and the cacao nibs.
  4. Store in an airtight container. It will keep at room temperature for up to a week.
