Jasmine tea with peaches

Ingredients

Method

  1. Bring 1 litre of water to the boil. Add 1 tablespoon jasmine tea and steep for about 4 minutes. Strain and cool. Pour the tea into a glass jug, adding 4 ripe nectarines or peaches cut into pieces. Sweeten with a bit of sugar to taste, and stir. Let steep for 1 hour or so. Serve with ice and fresh mint.
