The perfect non-alcoholic beverage at parties.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 litre fairly strong, cold brewed tea, such as earl grey or darjeeling
1 litre diluted apple juice
sugar, to taste (optional)
1 lemon, 1 orange and 1 lime, thinly sliced
500ml sparkling mineral water
plenty of ice

Method

  1. Pour the cold tea and apple juice into a large glass jug or punch bowl, and sweeten with sugar if desired. Add thin slices of lemon, orange and lime. Chill and let the flavours mingle for 1-2 hours. Pour in the mineral water and lots of ice just before serving.
