Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g see method for ingredients
3-4 tablespoons horseradish, freshly grated
1 small lemon, finely zested
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon mild olive oil
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Horseradish sauce is a classic side to roast beef, ideally with some roasted onions or other vegetables as well.
