Method

  1. Blend 150 g soft butter with 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons grated horseradish, a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley. Delicious with fried fish or warm boiled beetroots or carrots.
