Danish rye with rocket, mozzarella and avocado

This is a lovely sandwich with sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, rocket and mozzarella cheese on toasted Danish rye bread.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Spread a little butter on some toasted Danish rye bread. Cover with thin slices of (buffalo) mozzarella cheese. Add a few avocado slices and some chopped soft sun-dried tomatoes (in oil). Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, cover with tender rocket leaves and some toasted sesame seeds as well. Serve at once, ideally with a cold beer.
