This is a delicious, cooling drink for pitta. For vata, the fresh mint will help digestion. A great summer drink.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100ml plain yoghurt
150ml water
15 large fresh mint leaves, or to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons raw cane sugar, or to taste

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until the mint is finely shredded and the drink frothy. Serve.
