Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
80ml coconut juice
80ml rice vinegar
110g sugar
80ml fish sauce
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped

Method

  1. Put the coconut juice, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Stir in the fish sauce, garlic and chilli and divide among six dipping bowls.
