Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50ml rye whisky
50ml italian amaro
twist of lemon peel, to garnish

Method

  1. Stir the whisky and amaro in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with the lemon peel.

Food

  • Ideally, cocktails should be drunk before or after a meal. So if you’re inviting people out for evening cocktails suggest dinner before or after. And bear in mind, some drinks aid digestion and some whet the appetite.
